What this product holds, where it holds it, and who can see it.
Maxwell Frames stores the footage and references you upload, the compositions built from them, and the record of what the agent read and did. This page says where each of those lives and what ends it.
What is stored
Your material, your compositions, and the record of the work
Footage and reference images you upload, the films assembled from them, and a time-ordered record of what was planned, rendered and screened. Nothing is sold, nothing is passed to a data broker, and no general-purpose model is trained on it.
- Assets
- what you upload, and what was generated
- Compositions
- the film, versioned
- Record
- what was read, concluded and done
Credentials
Provider keys are encrypted per organisation
Each organisation may supply its own model credentials. They are encrypted with AES-GCM before they are written, under a key this deployment holds, and decrypted only to make that organisation’s own calls.
Where it is held
A Postgres database in the European Union, over TLS
Stored in eu-west-1. Renders are produced on GPU infrastructure and the finished file is written back into the same storage; the provider’s own copy of a generated video expires on its side within a day.
- Region
- eu-west-1
- Transport
- TLS everywhere
- Backups
- daily, kept seven days
Ending it
Deleting an asset removes it; erasure empties the record of a person
An asset you delete is removed from storage and from every composition that referenced it. A request for erasure empties every readable field attached to that person and keeps the rows empty, so a later sync cannot write them back.
Who is involved
The services that touch this data, named
Supabase stores it. Railway and Vercel run the software. Modal renders. The model providers you route to through the Gateway process the prompts and references you send them, under your own credentials where you supply them. Stripe processes payment. No other party receives it.
