Terms

What you may do with this, and what we are responsible for.

Plain terms for a product that spends money on your behalf when you ask it to. The parts worth reading are the ones about credits and about what the studio will not generate.

The account

An organisation holds the account, and its owners decide who is in it

Access is by organisation. An owner or admin may add and remove people and may restrict a project to named people or groups.

Credits

Generation is metered in credits, and a refusal costs nothing

One credit is one minute of generated video; images are priced by resolution. Work that a provider refuses, or that fails before it produced anything, is refunded. Allowances are keyed to your subscription anniversary rather than the calendar month.

What is refused

Some things this studio will not generate, whoever asks

The providers behind it refuse reference images containing real people’s faces, and this product does not work around that. What else is refused is published rather than discovered at the moment somebody needs it.

Your material

What you upload stays yours, and what is generated for you is yours to use

You are responsible for holding the rights to what you upload. Generated output is subject to the terms of the model that produced it, which the Gateway records against every render.

Ending it

You may stop at any time, and material changes are announced before they apply

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Building Humanity Up, daniel@enterprisesautomated.com.
